I created another yummiful smoothie recipe yesterday. Here tis
- 8 to 12 ounces of yogurt or kefir
- 1/4 to a 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1/4 to a 1/2 cup of frozen mango
- about an 1/8 cup of apple juice
- 1 medium banana
And smoosh. Add an egg yolk for protein if you have access to safe eggs (i.e. ones in your backyard or a local farm with clean conditions).
